Her clients include manufacturers and distributors, from small, single-product organizations to multi-national, internationally-recognized brands.
An experienced moderator with a strong marketing background, Kristen guides our Qualitative & Immersive Research practice. Kristen has the ability to cull deep and meaningful insights by getting inside consumers' minds through the Consumer Experience Landscape approach. She also utilizes her moderation abilities to conduct brainstorming and strategy sessions with client cross-functional teams. Kristen's research experience spans the entire product lifecycle and includes food, beverage, cosmetics, personal care, healthcare, home care, consumer durables, nonprofit, and financial industries.
With 15+ years' experience in sensory & consumer research, Avishan directs The Institute for Sensory Research. She has an extensive background in sensory science for manufacturers and brings a realistic and holistic perspective to the research process. Avishan thoroughly understands the product development cycle and applies rigorous methodology in designing and executing high-quality research. Avishan holds a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences and an M.S. in Sensory and Food Science from Rutgers, the State University of NJ. She is affiliated with Institute of Food Technologists and the Society of Sensory Professionals.
Working at Blueberry since 2011, Ashley is a RIVA-trained moderator with a genuine enthusiasm for uncovering the motivations that influence consumer behavior. She has worked closely with cross-functional teams at many Fortune 500 companies in the food, beverage, personal care, household care, and financial services industries. Ashley has conducted both domestic and international research, including focus groups and in-home interviews. Ashley has the unique ability and drive to understand each individual consumer and, at the same time, identify the trends in behaviors and unmet needs that her clients strive to understand.
Estelle provides operational expertise and excellence across all elements of the quantitative research process - research design, questionnaire development, study implementation, analysis and reporting. A twenty-year veteran of the research industry, Estelle has extensive experience across industries, methodologies and activities - from recruiting to interviewing, from project to field management. She also holds a Certificate of Completion from the University of Georgia in the Principles of Market Research, a program which is endorsed by all major market research industry associations.
As a project director, Kari provides operational expertise, including research design, questionnaire development, study implementation, analysis, and reporting, with particular focus on quantitative research. Her industry experience includes food & beverage, personal care, home care and healthcare. Previously a research facility manager, Kari possesses a behind-the-scenes knowledge of study execution which makes her an invaluable asset to all of her projects and clients. Kari holds a B.A. in the College of Communications and a Minor in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University. She also holds a Certificate of Completion from the University of Georgia in the Principles of Market Research, a program which is endorsed by all major market research industry associations.

He also supervises the operations teams at several key locations. Peter brings extensive experience in all modes of recruiting, field management, study execution and physical plant design. He is known for providing high-touch service to his clients, taking the time to understand their unique situation and goals. A recent graduate from Temple University's School of Media and Communication, Kate has experience in various roles within the field of marketing, helping to create and implement innovative marketing strategies to best fit client and consumer needs. She has managed research projects for a variety of consumer goods brands, excelling at finding the most valuable key insights to build effective marketing strategies. Kate has provided support for projects in the sexual health, food, and pharmaceutical fields and has worked on projects within the food/beverage field, moderating focus groups, providing in-depth analysis, and helping to write comprehensive reports.
